    Return, Refund and/or Exchange Policy The return, refund and/or exchange policy applies at all times between Phare Médica and the customer who wishes to make a purchase. 1. Intro 1.1 The return, refund and/or exchange policy (hereinafter: "policy") is intended to govern transactions made and future transactions. 1.2 When a customer makes a purchase, he implicitly and automatically recognizes that he has read, understood and accepted, without reservation, the provisions of the policy. 1.3 Phare Médica reserves the right to unilaterally modify the policy at any time and without notice and to make it available in a timely manner. ​​2. Handling fees and shipping services 2.1 The amount indicated on the invoice includes taxes (GST and QST). 2.2 Handling and/or shipping costs, if any, will be borne by the customer, in proportion to the particulars of the order and/or according to a possible agreement between Phare Médica and the customer. 3. Method of payment 3.1 Payment for the order must be made upon receipt thereof, unless prior agreement between Phare Médica and the customer. 4. Shipping Services 4.1 Orders are shipped to the location designated by the customer, unless prior agreement between Phare Médica and the customer. Phare Médica undertakes, as far as possible and in accordance with the availability of the designated shipping services, to offer delivery within the appropriate time limits. 5. Receipt of the order 5.1 Upon receipt of the order, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure its compliance and to ensure that no damage has been caused by the shipping service. 5.2 Upon receipt of the order, if the customer notices anomalies and/or defects in the order received, he must, as soon as possible, contact Phare Médica. 5.3 Upon receipt of the order, if the customer notices damage potentially caused by the shipping service, he must, as soon as possible, contact Phare Médica. 6. Return of non-defective merchandise 6.1 Any return of non-defective merchandise is at the sole discretion of Phare Médica and its representatives. Phare Médica undertakes to analyze any request in this regard and to analyze the context, the justifications and the deadline concerned. 6.2 No return of non-defective merchandise is accepted if the period of 10 (ten) days following the date of receipt of the order is exceeded. 6.3 No return is accepted if the order is not in its original state, such as at the time of the transaction, it is up to the customer to ensure its conservation. Items must be in their original condition and packaging must not be opened. Items must have no traces of use. Items originally sealed will need to be. 6.4 In the event that Phare Médica responds to the return request for non-defective merchandise, the administrative, handling and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Phare Médica is not responsible for shipping errors on return orders. The refund or exchange will take place only upon receipt of the order duly returned by the customer and within 30 (thirty) days. 7. Return of defective merchandise 7.1 In the event of defective merchandise, the customer benefits from the legal warranty of quality, as provided by law. 7.2 Faced with defective merchandise, the customer must, within 10 (ten) days of receipt, contact Phare Médica. 7.3 Faced with defective goods, the administrative, handling and shipping costs incurred to return the goods will be borne by Phare Médica. 8. Refund or exchange 8.1 No refund or exchange will be accepted by Phare Médica other than for defective merchandise or errors in this sense. 8.2 Phare Médica reserves full discretion whether or not to accept a request for reimbursement and/or exchange. 8.3 Any request for refund or exchange must be made within 10 (ten) days of receipt of the order. 8.4 In the event that Phare Médica agrees to a refund or an exchange, the merchandise must be returned in its original condition in accordance with the return provisions cited above 8.5 In the event that a refund is accepted by Phare Médica, it will be made using the same method of payment used for the initial transaction and will only be made following receipt of the said order. 8.6 In the event that a refund or an exchange is granted by Phare Médica, the charge for administrative, handling and shipping costs will apply in accordance with the return of goods provisions mentioned above. 9. Miscellaneous provisions 9.1 On request addressed to one of the representatives of Phare Médica, the English version of the policy is available. 9.2 For further information on this policy, please contact one of Phare Médica's managers. 9.3 This policy takes effect on or about ______2020, and supersedes all previous policies or practices on this subject.
