GENERAL PHARE MÉDICA POLICY

Return, refund and/or exchange policy

 

The return, refund and/or exchange policy between Phare Médica and the client making a purchase is applicable at all times.

 

1. Introduction 

  1. The return, refund and/or exchange policy (hereafter named: "   policy   ") is intended to govern both completed and future transactions.

  2. When a client makes a purchase, they implicitly and automatically acknowledge that they have read, understood and accepted, without reservation, the provisions of the policy.

  3. Phare Médica reserves the right to unilaterally change the policy at any time without notice and make it available within a reasonable delay. 

 

2. Shipping and handling charges

  1. The amount indicated on the invoice includes taxes (PST and TVQ). 

  2. The shipping and/or handling charges are to be paid by the client, in proportion to the order specifications and/or according to a possible agreement between Phare Médica and the client.

 

3. Method of payment

  1.  Payment for all orders must be paid on receipt of the order, unless a previous agreement has been made between Phare Médica and the client.

 

4. Shipping services

  1. The orders will be shipped to the location designated by the client, unless a previous agreement has been made between Phare Médica and the client.

 

      Phare Médica is committed, when possible and compliant with the availability of the designated shipping services that 

offers delivery within an acceptable delay.

 

5. Receipt of the order

  1.  Upon receipt of the order, the client is responsible to ensure its compliance and ensure that no damage has been caused by the shipping service.

  2. Following receipt of the order, if the client notes abnormalities and/or defects with the order received, they must contact Phare Médica without delay.

  3. Upon receipt of the order, if the client notes damage potentially caused by the shipping service, they must contact Phare Médica without delay. 

 

6. Return of non-defective merchandise

  1. All returns of non-defective merchandise are at the entire discretion of Phare Médica and its representatives. Phare Médica is committed to analyze any request to this effect and analyze the context, the justifications and the period in question.

  2. Returns of non-defective merchandise will not accepted after the 10-day period following receipt of the order. 

  3. The merchandise returned must be in its original state, at the time of the transaction, for it to be accepted. It's the client's responsibility to ensure the merchandise is still as it was when received. Items must be unopened and in their original condition. The articles must not have any trace of use. The articles that have been sealed must be unopened.

  4. The administrative, handling and shipping costs are the responsibility of the client in the event that Phare Médica accepts the return request for non-defective merchandise. Phare Médica is not responsible for shipping errors for orders being returned. The refund or exchange will be processed only upon receipt of the duly returned order by the client within 30 (thirty) days. 

 

7. Return of defective merchandise

  1. The client will be protected by the legal quality guarantee, as provided by law, in the event of defective merchandise.

  2. In the case of defective merchandise, the client must contact Phare Médica within 10 (ten) days of receipt.

  3. In the case of defective merchandise, the administrative, handling and shipping costs incurred in returning the merchandise will be paid by Phare Médica.

 

8. Refunds or exchanges

  1. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted by Phare Médica other than defective merchandise or errors under this context.

  2. Phare Médica reserves the right to accept or refuse all refund and/or exchange requests.

  3. All refund or exchange requests must be made within 10 (ten) days of receipt of the order.

  4. In the event that Phare Médica agrees to a refund or an exchange, the merchandise must be returned in its original condition in accordance with the return provisions stated above.

  5. In the event that a refund is accepted by Phare Médica, it will be processed using the same method of payment used for the initial transaction and will only be made after receipt of said order. 

  6. In the event that a refund or an exchange is granted by Phare Médica, the charge for administrative, handling and shipping costs will apply in accordance with the merchandise return provisions mentioned above.

 

9. Various provisions

  1. The English version of the policy is available by request of one of Phare Médica's representatives.

  2. Please contact one of Phare Médica's managers for any additional information on this policy. 

  3. The present policy is effective on or about ______2020, and supersedes all other previous policies or practices on this subject.
